2/10/20-Emotional Effects of Music

Updated: Jul 31, 2020

Classicfm wrote a wonderful article about the emotional effects of music. Did you know that music takes thirteen minutes to release sadness and nine minutes to make you feel happy? That is just part of what this article covers in addition to more about how music can impact us on a daily basis. I have definitely seen proof of this at HeartBEATS' outreach events and on deliveries in the seconds it takes for a smile to spread on everyone's face when a music kit is opened. I am excited for everyone to read this!
